What happens to my scan data after I cancel?
When you cancel a paid plan, your QR code remains active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for — and your scan history is retained throughout. After the plan expires, your code is deactivated and new scans will no longer resolve, but your historical data is held per the duration described in our Privacy Policy. Nothing is wiped the moment you cancel.
